This PDF knitting pattern bundle includes a matching baby cardigan and bonnet, both featuring a delicate embroidered flower design. Simple yet elegant, these patterns create a beautiful set for little ones.

The cardigan is worked from the top down in DK weight yarn, with the option to knit the sleeves either flat or in the round. The bonnet is knit flat until the crown, where you can choose to continue flat and sew a small back seam or finish seamlessly in the round.

The embroidery is easy to do, using basic stitches that are perfect for beginners looking to add embellishments to their knits. The pattern includes instructions for using water-soluble stabiliser, a helpful tool for precise embroidery placement, available from needlework stores or online, but you can freehand embroider if you prefer.

With clear instructions, step-by-step guidance, and links to helpful video tutorials, this set is a joy to knit and personalise.

Included in both patterns are:
+ Full knitting instructions
+ Embroidery designs in several sizes for you to trace onto water-soluble stabiliser, which you place on your knitting and embroider over
+ Video links to tutorials on how to use the stabiliser and work all of the stitches needed to complete the embroidery.
